ONE OF OUR AVAILABLE UNITS...

Please print clearly and submit a “neat and legible” Rental Application.
¶ Important
to provide all the information as required on our Rental Application to include:
o Complete, accurate information regarding RENTAL HISTORY for the past 5 years
o Accurate previous addresses please.
o .We must insist on complete names, addresses and phone numbers for each landlord/owner/rental agent,
and if possible the e-mail address
for them, as well.
o We will be communicating with your previous landlords,
so we will be counting on you to provide us with complete & accurate contact information on your application.

MARRIED
COUPLES applying together… need
only submit ONE Rental Application. Please have spouse fill in information where indicated on application. We will need both Head-of-Household and Spouse to sign the application where indicated on back of app.

Otherwise EVERY ADULT (all persons 18 years of age or older) in your Household who will be
residing with you must:
a. Complete & submit their own Rental Application
b. Submit a $20 money order with Rental Application
Please Note: We do not accept personal checks for Application Fee(s) and Cash is never accepted
at this location. We are sorry for the inconvienience. Money Orders can be purchased at the 7-11 just up the street here on Foothill Blvd. Thank-You for your kind understanding.
It is best always to CALL our On-Site Resident Manager BEFORE you come to drop off your Rental Application
and Application Fee, to let me know you are on your way. CALL 510-276-3841
anytime between the hours of: Monday – Saturday: 10:am – 6:pm, Sunday by previously scheduled appointment only.
Please allow us 5 working days from the date of submitting application for determination results. We will call you OR you can call us to check on the status of your application.
