HOW TO APPLY FOR ONE OF OUR AVAILABLE UNITS…

Before you come to visit …

¶     Please print out and complete our Rental Application (link below)

¶      Attach a copy of your recently downloaded Credit Report

      (no older than 45 days from date of download).   For more information about your FREE Credit Report, please visit: www.freecreditreport.com

¶     Include your $20 Application Fee via Personal Check or Money Order ONLY, (we do not accept cash at this location) made out to: HOME & INVESTMENT REALTY.

            Please add an additional $10 if you are submitting your Rental Application WITH-OUT your own copy of your Credit Report and we’ll be happy to run a credit check for you.

¶     MARRIED COUPLES applying together… you need only submit ONE Rental Application (with both signatures), as well as submit only one copy of household’s Credit Report… and One Application Fee submitted w/your Rental Application is all it takes.

¶     Otherwise each (adult (18 years or older) in household applying for rental unit must complete own Rental Application, submit own copy of Credit Report (or we will run a Credit Check on each adult member of household), as well as submit $20.00/per adult with Rental Application… Or… $30 without a copy of your Credit Report.
